This website, fuzzarro.us, is operated by Moonrise Commerce (“Fuzzarro”, “we”, “us”). By visiting our Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use our products or Site for any illegal purpose.

2. Products and safe use

The Fuzzarro DryPod is a pet drying box designed to be used with a hair dryer or pet dryer. You are responsible for using it safely. Always:

  • Use the low or cool heat setting, never high heat.
  • Keep sessions short (10 to 15 minutes) and check on your pet often.
  • Never leave your pet unattended while a dryer is running.
  • Stop using the product if your pet shows signs of distress or overheating.
  • Follow the safety instructions of your hair dryer or pet dryer.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fuzzarro is not responsible for injury, illness or damage resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow these instructions.

3. Product information

We try to show product colors, sizes and details as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Photos may be styled or illustrative. Weight limits and sizes are guidelines, so please choose the size that fits your pet comfortably.

4. Prices, sales and promotions

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sale prices and promotions (such as our Early Black Friday sale and “Buy 2, save 10%”) are valid while they're shown on the Site and can't be combined unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or there's an error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you allow us to use them on our Site and marketing. You agree that your content is accurate and doesn't violate anyone's rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Fuzzarro or its licensors and may not be copied without our permission.

9. Third-party services

Payments and some features are provided by third parties such as Shopify and payment processors. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in our Refund Policy, our products and Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fuzzarro and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Fuzzarro harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
